The Working Interview Program is our version of temp-to-hire.  The program is designed to give both employers and temporary employees the opportunity to evaluate each other in a real time work situation.  The Working Interview Program provides employers with the opportunity to observe a potential employee's work performance before making an employment commitment.  Meanwhile, employees get the opportunity to evaluate a company and a position - all while getting paid to do so!
