Barry
Franzino, Jr., CPC, CTS, CSP, CIPC is the
President and CEO of Career Center Inc. (CCI) He holds
a BS Degree in Business Administration and started his
career in the staffing industry in 1969 as a recruiter
for CCI. He moved up through several layers of management
opening new offices and in 1975 became a partner in
the firm. In 1980, he bought CCI and has been the guide
to the company’s growth and success ever since. Barry
earned three National Certifications – Certified Personnel
Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist
(CTS) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), as
well as one International Certification (Certified International
Personnel Consultant (CIPC). He has served on the Board
of Directors for the National Association of Personnel
Services (NAPS), the New Jersey Staffing Association
(NJSA) and for TempNet, a national association of independent
temporary service. Along with being a “hands on” trainer,
manager, and motivator, Barry provides educational seminars
and workshops as his way of sharing and giving back
to the staffing industry has provided him so many positive
rewards over the years. |

Sandy
Franzino, CTS – Vice
President of CCI, with twenty five years of experience
in the staffing industry. She has achieved the certifications
of CTS and CSP and continually attends industry seminars
to provide the highest level of service to our clients
and candidates. Sandra is a hands on manager and trainer
and maintains an ”open door” policy with all staff
members. She is also the Risk/Safety Manager for CCI
and ensures each of our offices adheres to strict
regulations regarding employee safety at our client
locations. Of her many contributions to CCI, “ Outside
Sales “ is her favorite. |

Nick
Malefyt – General Manager of CCI. He
joined CCI in 2001 and has over 11 years of experience
in the staffing profession. His tagline in terms of
recruiting is ALL DAY - EVERY DAY. "All day,
every day our commitment is to identify the best talent
for our business partners and help them reach their
goals". Nick is a graduate of Seton Hall University
in South Orange, NJ. He resides in West Caldwell,
NJ with his wife and son. He is an avid JETS fan and
a 5th Degree Black Belt in the art of Taekwon-do. |

Connie
Powers – Ms. Powers has been with Career
Center since 1988 and has been a recruiter for nearly
30 years. She handles placements in manufacturing, administration,
client services, production, insurance, and management
trainee. Many of her clients have worked with her for
over 10 years. She holds a BS in Business from Skidmore
College. |

James
Chambers – Mr. Chambers has been a Recruiter
Consultant with our firm since 1991. In August of 2005
Jim celebrated his twentieth year in the staffing industry.
Prior to becoming a recruiter Mr. Chambers was an outside
sales representative for a major health and beauty care
manufacturer. Mr. Chambers
specializes in the food, beverage, flavor, specialty
and value-added ingredients industry. He recruits nationally
for positions throughout the United States.
Jim is very active in the St. Paul Baptist Church of
Passaic, NJ where he presently serves as Chairman of
the Board of Deacons. Jim’s motto and belief is that,
"I can’t place everyone but I can help everyone."

Linda Raymond
– Linda has worked at CCI, as a Staff Coordinator, for
over 15 years. Linda specializes in placing above average
temporary employees in a wide range of light industrial
and office support positions. Linda began her career
in the staffing industry in 1977 and has not looked
back since. If you are looking to hire the right temp
for your company - or if you are a temp looking for
the right opportunity - it would be Linda’s pleasure
to help you find the right match. Linda is a proud mother
of 2, grandmother of 5 and her hobbies include traveling
and shopping. |

Christine
Martinez – Christine is the Administrative
Manager of CCI. As such, she is responsible for all
office management functions and for overseeing the administrative
staff at each of our offices. Christine’s primary focus
is to ensure that “each office runs smoothly to provide
our clients and applicants with the service they deserve”.
A trustworthy employee since 1989, Christine is also
responsible for Advertising, Credit Reporting, Accounts
Receivable and everything in between (including cake
making). |

Alex Taner
– Alex joined CCI in the Summer of 2005 and is a welcomed
addition to our Direct Hire Staff. Alex is a graduate
of Syracuse University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree
in Communications. Alex spent several years honing his
executive relations skills as the General Business and
Media Manager of a popular New Jersey restaurant and
entertainment corporation. He brings to CCI years of
communication and multimedia skills from a wide range
of technical assignments in the television, audio, and
graphics design industries. Alex specializes in placing
qualified candidates in the Financial, Healthcare, and
R & D fields. Mr. Taner resides with his family
in Westfield. |

Fely Sailer
– Fely has been with CCI since 1993, as our Accounting
Manager. Fely has a degree in Business Administration
with a concentration in Accounting. Previous to joining
CCI Fely worked for Fortune 100 companies as a General
Accountant and International Tax Accountant. Her hobbies
include volunteering, reading, power walking, home decorating,
and listening to music. |
