Baked Goods Formulator
Salary: $70-$85 Location: New York Metro
Description: Formulates ingredients blends for bakeries
to make bread, cakes and pasteries. Communicates with
Technical Director, customers, and sales regarding blends
to be used. Modify blends to give baked good the desired
finish as desired by the customer. Determine the best
