4 years. We have used CCI for various temporary, temp-to-hire
and direct hire staff including: Administrative Support,
Chemists, HR Representatives, management, and R&D/
QA/QC/Validation Personnel. Some of these positions were
difficult to fill due to the qualifications needed and
the demand to fill them quickly.
The quality of people placed
by your staff has been exceptional. The references that
have been conducted, and forwarded have been extremely
thorough. Any time that I or a member of my staff calls,
we receive excellent personal service (even if it is to
tell us that you don’t have the right personal available
to meet our needs). It is very important to us that you
are honest and that you don’t waste time sending people
who don’t match our needs. Your staff also does a great
job following up on the performance of the people you
place. Although quality and service are important elements,
we also need to be cost conscious. I have found your rates
and fees to be very competitive with other firms in your
industry.
Recruiting can sometimes
be a stressful experience. We are rarely given enough
notice that a department needs someone. When you supply
us with individuals with initiative, who meet the qualifications
of a certain position, training time gets shortened, stress
gets alleviated, and you make us look good to the departments
we service. You and your staff have made our jobs much
