This staffing solution provides
you with a risk-free conversion of a temporary staffing
associate to a direct hire employee. Now Career Center,
Inc. (CCI) can assist you in making on-target hiring decisions
without any up-front fees.
How It Works:
CCI sends you 3-5 top-notch
candidates to choose from, just as we would on a typical
direct hire search assignment. You select the best candidate
for the position. At that time, CCI places the candidate
on our temporary payroll and, as such, handles all associated
payroll costs, insurances, and applicable taxes for the
employee. Our pro-rated placement fee is included in the
hourly bill rate of the employee. When using the Working
Interview Program we bill our clients weekly and only
for the hours worked by our employee. In other words you
only pay for performance.
The Working Interview Program
gives you the opportunity to observe and evaluate potential
direct hire employees in a real-time working situation.
This program also gives our candidates the opportunity
to observe and evaluate the position and your organization.
Our goal is to create a win-win situation where you are
happy with the performance of the employee and the employee
is happy with your opportunity.
When it is decided that a
candidate is suitable and interested in a direct hire
opportunity, and upon the completion of between 520 -
1040 hours on our payroll, the temporary employee may
be converted onto your payroll at no extra charge. Should
you wish to hire our candidate before the completion of
the designated time frame, we will compute the cost of
our standard contingency based search and apply a credit
for the hours previously worked by our employee. Either
way, you are assured that you are getting the right candidate
for the position.
