temporary employee for you. All CCI temporary employees
are personally met, interviewed and evaluated by a member
of our staff. Each temporary staffing associate also provides
us with a minimum of 2 professional references and goes
through an extensive background check including; U.S.
work authorization confirmation, educational verification,
and criminal background check. Whether you need 1 person
for a day or 100 people for a year CCI has access to find
reliable, hard working people for your needs. In addition
to traditional temporary staffing services, our temporary
division offers the following:
Payroll Transfer
Programs:
The Payroll Transfer Plan (PTP) is a service we provide
to clients who want to keep specific employees on a separate
payroll. Our clients assume responsibility for recruiting,
screening and hiring as well as training, supervising
and managing the employee. CCI simply administers the
payroll and since this is a reduced service program, you
are billed only a portion of our normal charges.
Alternate Staffing:
Alternate Staffing is a unique approach to staffing a
position or a department with trained, experienced employees
while eliminating turnover, over-time, down-time, over-staffing
or under-staffing.
In this scenario CCI will maintain a workforce trained
by you but employed by us. All costs related to their
employment including payroll, taxes, insurance, unemployment,
and recruiting are our responsibility. You pay one flat
hourly rate. In addition, CCI will coordinate work schedules
with you, assure coverage for peak periods and eliminate
overstaffing during slow times. We will also cover emergencies
and absenteeism with very little notice by having alternates
on stand-by. Alternate Staffing can be customized to meet
your needs so turnover problems will be virtually eliminated
as there will always be enough trained employees to cover
the gap.
